Verodi.ai is the commercial brand of Colorado AI Consultants, a Denver-based software company. We build AI-powered operations software for industries where paperwork, compliance, and handoffs make every day harder than it should be.
Our first product automates medical records requests for personal injury law firms — a workflow that typically eats 40%+ of a paralegal's time. We're expanding into medical billing and logistics next.
Why we're building this
The underlying problem is old: too much data lives in fax machines, email attachments, and manila folders. The new tools are finally good enough to make that tractable. Verodi combines generative AI, document intelligence, and workflow orchestration into a single, boring, reliable pipeline — so the people doing the work can go back to doing the actual work.
How we handle PHI
Everything runs on Microsoft Azure under a Business Associate Agreement. We use Azure OpenAI (not public OpenAI), Azure Document Intelligence, Azure SQL, Azure Blob Storage, and Azure Key Vault. Outbound fax runs over a HIPAA-covered Sinch line. Outbound email to claimants goes through the customer firm's own mail system — so PHI never touches a Verodi-hosted inbox.

Founded and built by Justin Williams. We work closely with a small group of pilot firms to make sure the product solves problems that actually happen in a real case-management workflow — not the idealized version.
